Hey, everyone! Wow, Panik played three shows in March...so what's next for April? Well, we have a special benefit show coming up - see the flier below for details. It's going to be a great day!

Come see out first show of 2010! It takes place on Saturday, March 6th at the Fire Escape in Citrus Heights. This is also Ernie's birthday show, so who knows what may happen! In addition, we're going to give you guys a new tune. Sound good? We hope to see ya!

You've probably been wondering where we've been, right? Well, we've been promising you a new CD for quite some time now, and we're happy to report that we have been working really hard on making that promise come true! It's sounding quite fantastic so far, and we think you will all be pleased.

Be sure to keep warm this winter, and enjoy some nice, cozy hot chocolate (or eggnog and brandy, if you prefer) by the fire.

It's time to hit up the Bay Area again! Check us out at Rooster's Roadhouse in Alameda on Friday, July 31st! For all you Sacto freaks, this is the perfect escape from the icky heat. JOIN US JOIN US JOIN US JOIN US

Panik will be performing a special FREE SHOW on Wednesday, July 8th at the Powerhouse Pub in Folsom. This is Sounds of Sac showcase - 3 bands - FREE! The show shall start at 9:00 PM. See ya there!

It is our pleasure to welcome the Dollyrots to Sacramento...and it is even a greater pleasure to have the opportunity to rock the stage with them! This will happen on Sunday, June 14th at the Blue Lamp. Yeah, it's a Sunday, but it's early (doors at 5:00 PM), so all of you can get out, have a rousing good time, and make it back home at a reasonable hour to get a good night's sleep for Monday. It's going to be a super show, with wonderful people...Panik, our pals Blame Betty, and the Dollyrots!

And as if that weren't already the perfect kick-off to Summer...how 'bout this! Panik will be returning to the Kennel Club on June 27th to rock with those crazy psychos from Santa Cruz, Stellar Corpses! It's been a while since we've created chaos at the Kennel, so the time has truly come.

Thank you all so much for the love and support at Club Retro last night. It's always an amazing experience meeting new fans and seeing such a large crowd getting into the music.

To those of you that were stuck in line outside in the rain for an eternity, thanks for your patience while Club Retro got their things together.

So what's next? Well, we're doing a little 4-episide web show for 98ROCK (KRXQ), and they were present at the show to do some filming. Special thanks to Mark Gilmore for the cool intro! As for the show itself, well, you'll have to wait and see. Trust us, it'll be interesting. Stay tuned for details.

We'll have more show dates posted soon. Until then, we're still working on that pesky CD you've been craving.

Panik will be performing on Saturday, May 2nd at Club Retro in Orangevale, CA. This particular offers a very safe environment for fans of all ages: very young, very old, whatever. The show is set to begin at 6:00 PM, which is earlier than most shows, so be prepared.

The cost at the door is $10.00 - which isn't too bad considering there will be six bands playing. If you would like to save some $$$, you can purchase tickets directly from us at $9.00 each. E-mail us at panikband@hotmail.com if you are interested.

If you happen to come to this show, you just might hear Panik play something new.

Panik will be heading west for a special show in the Bay Area, Brandon's old stomping ground. The show is on Saturday, April 4th at the Time Out Bar & Patio in beautiful Concord, CA.

We shall return to Sacramento for a show at Marilyn's on K St. downtown on Friday, April 10th.

It has been a while, hasn't it? We do have a good excuse though. We've been working hard on our new offering to all of you...a new CD...finally! We decided to take a little break and put on a show. We miss you!!!

The show is Saturday, March 14th at the all new River Rock Lounge, inside the Firedance Bar & Grill. This is located on La Riviera at Watt Ave inside the shopping center there. Also on the bill are the fun Phantom Jets!

This is it, folks, your last chance to see us play in 2008! We would really love it if y'all came on down to the Fire Escape on the eve of Saturday, December 6th to join us for some holiday fun. We're lookin' to play a very special tune for you.

Joining us for this special night will be The Fabulous Miss Wendy from Hollywood. You may have seen her in Revolver Magazine recently. She's a cool person, and a cool performer as well.

We're holding off on booking anymore shows for now, as we're finally going to finish that CD we've been promising you for so long. You've waited long enough, right? We have a new year coming, and it looks to be an awesome one...for a variety of reasons.

And in case you don't hear it from us enough, thank you so much for your continued love and support. We love making music for you! See ya on the 6th!

Our next show is November 1st at Marilyn's in downtown Sacramento. We're going to be playing for an hour, so you'll get to hear plenty of awesome music. An hour show for only 7 bucks! How cool is that?

We'll be at Club Retro on Friday, October 3rd. The show starts at 6:00 PM. There will be a lot of great bands playing that night. The order of the bands will not be determined until showtime, so get there plenty early!

Club Retro is located at 6521 Hazel Ave in Orangevale, CA. This a very safe environment, so if you ever wanted to bring your young ones to see us play, this is the perfect opportunity to do so.

Tickets are $10.00 at the door, $9.00 if you purchase advance tickets from one of us. E-mail us at panikband@hotmail.com if you want to get advance tickets. We will get them to you.

Due to our September 13th show at the Kennel Club being cancelled, we are set to head west and take over San Francisco that night instead!

Here's some updates for y'all...
1. Thanks to the dedication of our awesome fans, we made it past round 1 of the Lollapalooza contest. Unfortunately though, we did not pass round 2. But you know what? That fact that all of you took the time each day to vote, keeping us in the upper 50 out of hundreds of bands, well, that's simply amazing, and it means a lot to us!

2. We will not be performing in Concord on Saturday due to unforseen circumstances. However, the show with Girl in a Coma at the Fire Escape is still a GO GO GO! We'll see you there on July 12th!

3. We do have some more upcoming shows scheduled for the Kennel Club and Marilyn's. Check the Upcoming Chaos page for more details as they arrive.

4. Panik was featured in Fringe Magazine's 5 Bands to Know in Sac! This was in the June 2008 issue.

Second of all, we have two shows coming up...both on July 12th! The first one is at the Red Hat in Concord, CA. This is an all-day bbq/punk/rock/psychobilly show that includes hot rods and bikini big wheel racing! How could we possibly pass that up? We should be going on at around 1:00 PM. So for all of you Bay Area pals, this one's for you!

Once we rock the heck outta Concord, we'll be heading back to Sac for an awesome show at the Fire Escape with Blame Betty and Girl in a Coma! Get there early, as the place fills up fast!

And last but not least, please continue voting for Panik to get to Lollapalooza! (See the link at the top of the home page? Use it.) Your support means the world to us!

First, thanks so much to all of you that came out and welcomed us back into the scene on May 3rd. That was totally awesome, and we had an amazing time!

For all of you that tell us things like, "my daughter listens to your CD all the time!" Guess what!!! We're playing at the Boardwalk on Friday, May 23rd, and it is an ALL AGES venue. So please give your kids a special treat ... an evening with Panik! More details can be found on the Upcoming Chaos page.

We are looking forward to rocking the heck out of you on Saturday, May 3rd at the Kennel Club! We shall be showing off our new drummer, Poppy! Celebrate the arrival of Poppy by throwing poppies at Poppy on stage!
I know, you can't pick poppies in California, right? That's just the orange California poppy. There are other breeds of poppies out there. But if you can't find any, feel free to substitute the poppies with daisies. Also feel free to call Poppy "Daisy" if you like. It'll go over well.
